How the Dream Began.

Josh and Helen discovered the O’Connell Estate on Hanrehan Lake in 2018. They dreamed about a small retirement community designed for 55+ adults who appreciate outdoor activities and enjoy the natural beauty of the Murphy-Hanrehan Park Reserve. The location is also close to the conveniences of the Minneapolis / St. Paul metro area. Together, Josh and Helen followed their passions and created a unique vision for their active retirement with like-minded new friends.

We’re in this together. Linden Cove makes it easy for you with expert designers and an outstanding selection of interior finishes. Our final home is currently under construction, but final finishes are up to your individual tastes with our generous allowances.

We Build It.

The Lake is defined by the DNR as an environmental lake and our water is free of milfoil and full of wildlife like ducks, geese, turtles and fish.
